Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 3-days (including the day of delivery) return policy, which means you have 3 days from the day of receiving your item to request a return or Exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@credibletees.com. Please send us the following details to support@credibletees.com to request a return or an exchange:

  1. Mention Return or Exchange
  2. Customer Name
  3. Order ID (e.g. CT1001; you can find the order id in confirmation email)
  4. Photos of the product (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging)
  5. Receipt or Proof of Purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note:

  • Return is Only Accepted in The Case When You Received Some Another Product Or Damaged Product
  • We do charge a fee for returns and exchanges. It is Rs 60 for a T-shirt, Rs 150 for a hoodie, And Rs 300 for a jacket return or exchange.
  • Amount which is partially paid for COD Orders will not be refunded.

Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you liked the quality of the T-shirt. Regarding the bicycle graphic, we'd like to clarify that the design is intentionally printed in light cool grey with a slight bluish tone due to the shading and highlight,not pure white. The grey shade is part of the original artwork to give it a subtle vintage look, so it may appear slightly bluish under certain lighting conditions. We appreciate your observation and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

Used the T Shirt first time today. It felt comfortable and yes, the tag lines on it is motivating to me and to the others too... Will love to have some florescent colour in order to be able to get effective indication in the dark hours.

Had an initial unpleasant experience when the delivery goofed up and showed with a COD payment inspite of me having paid for it. However, the Customer service was very helpful and guided me with steps to make the COD and they returned my initial payment immediately after accepting delivery. I was quite happy about the arrangement. The T shirt is really good. I liked showing it off to my fellow cyclists. There are quite a few more to my quirky taste and Im surel going to buy a few more....
