We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may Exhange the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style.

Exchange will be accepted in the event that the customer received the incorrect size or product(s),or if the received product(s) was/were damaged in any way. If this is due to no fault of the customer, Credible Tees will pay for the return shipping cost once the item has been received by one of our agents.

Once the product(s) have been returned, at that point we will ship the correct product(s) sent out at no additional charge.

This agreement becomes void if the product is in any way damaged during transportation.Β
