Exchange and Return Policy
We have a 3-days (including the day of delivery) return policy, which means you have 3 days from the day of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send us the following details to email@example.com to request a return or an exchange:
- Mention Return or Exchange
- Customer Name
- Order ID (e.g. CT1001; you can find the order id in confirmation email)
- Photos of the product (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging)
- Receipt or Proof of Purchase
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the shipping charge(Rs. 60) for the exchange has to be born by the customer.
